Employee Experience Designing?

Marketing and Sales Specialists have studied, still measuring, re-mowing customer experiences for years and still. We have designed products and applications according to customer experience analysis. In order to create loyal and happy customers, we have developed products or service patterns according to our lifestyles. Human Resources Specialists should also now put more effort into developing applications, systems based on employee experience. HR still runs its business by writing jobs, processes, procedures and directing employees. Designing an employee experience is actually being able to predict what the employee will experience and design the processes accordingly. It's like applying new learning/teaching methods instead of insisting on classroom training with long slides... In order to gain and retain talents, HR (human resources) should now think a little about this issue ?
